    #1 was my account reset?

    i had not been able to login to my acct for a few months.. now that i have a new android device when i login all my heros cards and gold/runes are gone?? but my friends list is still there?

    is there anyway to get my account back??

    HI gameloft ...

    my account was reset also after hal a year playing and 30000 runes spend 10 heroses 3 on 30 level and 7 on 25 level. all my cards gone. ticket sent to you.
    hitmus (multiplayer ranking 7th place on andriod) and hitmus3 gameloft live acccount .

    Please fix it ASAP

    hi Diana ,

    hmm maybe it is 6173048.

    I am exchanging emails with customer care Anastasia , now Daria, from 01.08.2013 so 2,5 half month.

    1. reward for multiplayer Seraph not sent to me 9th place ranking during season end.
    2. 500 runes promised (zero sent)
    3. bug so when i finished all islands for second hero my next 7 heroses has campaing completed also.

    but now all issues dont mather al all as i lost everything from last half a year playing....

    Hi Diana,

    when i can expect some answer? if needed i can deliver full info with details ,date time , card list (stored in excel), printscreens and so on.
    i am asking becouse after 2,5 half month email discussion about different issues nothing was fixed so ,
    I am rather pesimist that gameloft is able to fix my account.

    but who knows maybe sth will change and finnaly customers especialy those conencted long with your company will be treated a litlle better.
    and at least 1 person said that it was sucessfull some day so it is in general possible.

    Hi ,
    next day no answer from gameloft 17.10,18.10,21.10 working days - forgetting all other problems as account is cleared in 100%now. For 6 days.

    HI again,

    7th day without response from gameloft.
    time to escalate the issue. they have many managers around the world in contact list.
    maybe one of them will help or at least they all will have info that customer care don't work at all.
    sometimes such info in corporate company is not reaching them , so maybe customers should do that.
