when i can expect some answer? if needed i can deliver full info with details ,date time , card list (stored in excel), printscreens and so on.
i am asking becouse after 2,5 half month email discussion about different issues nothing was fixed so ,
I am rather pesimist that gameloft is able to fix my account.
but who knows maybe sth will change and finnaly customers especialy those conencted long with your company will be treated a litlle better.
and at least 1 person said that it was sucessfull some day so it is in general possible.
